Transfer module

Transfer module is used to maintain records of stock transfer in your institute. This feature can be accessed through Inventory -> Transfer.

Permission: This module contains four permissions.

List TransferAnyone with this permission can list all the Transfer
Create TransferAnyone with this permission can create a Transfer
Edit TransferAnyone with this permission can edit Transfer
Delete TransferAnyone with this permission can delete Transfer

To assign or change permission, visit <your_url>/configuration/permission.

In the top right side, there are options to: 

•   Add New Transfer – This will open a form to add new Transfer.

•    Filter – This allows you to filter as per the available options.

•    Sort By – This allows you to sort the in ascending or descending order by supported columns. 

•    More Option – This allows you to take print out or to download list of Transfer details

In every row, there are options to view, edit & delete Transfer details.

In the bottom right, there is option to set pagination i.e. number of records per page.

Above given screen shot shows the all respective details of a Transfer. Here, you can ensure the entries of stock return. Once you fill the details, then you can click on save button to save the stock return details. You can also delete the return details by clicking delete button.

Here is the screenshot of form to add new Transfer. Once you complete all the details and upload the document, then you can click on save button to save the Transfer details.
